Dean & Deluca brought on Charlap Hyman & Herrero to create this "curio" booth at Design Miami. A surrealistic take on the iconic Dean & Deluca store and its origins as an innovative cheese shop on Prince Street in SoHo, the design employed mirrors, custom marble wallpaper and 800 pounds of Gruyere.
