Payment: All products must be paid in full prior to starting production of all projects. We accept payments via check, cash, credit card, and wire transfer. Checks can be made out to Wallpaper Projects and sent to 315 Berry Street, #201, Brooklyn NY 11249.
Orders: Wallpaper Projects wallpaper is made to order and requires exact elevation measurements provided by client. Wallpaper Projects is not responsible for improper measurements.
Shipping: The payment of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer - with international shipments, the buyer is responsible for any international shipment fees + taxes.
Returns: Wallpaper Projects does not offer returns on products that have been printed and delivered. If your item arrives defective, please let us know within one week of receiving your wallpaper - Please carefully inspect each panel prior to installation - if any wallpaper arrived damaged, please send us images with the original packaging to the email info@wallpaperprojects.com.
Installation: Wallpaper Projects does not provide installation services but can recommend various installers - Wallpaper Projects is not responsible for improper installation, or maintenance. Please see care instructions in specification sheet for each line of wallpaper.

Copyright: Wallpaper Projects owns the copyright to all their artwork, which cannot be reproduced by a third party without a signed agreement with Wallpaper Projects.
All custom projects printed by Wallpaper Projects, the buyer must hold the copyright for anything reproduced by Wallpaper Projects.
